Two container 2:90 vanilla yogurt with fiber (providing up to 90 calories)

1 1/8 cups diced fresh or canned pineapple

2 teaspoons marshmallow fluff

2 teaspoons sugar substitute

6 to 8 ice cubes

Pour in to a tall glass and serve with a straw.
